BIOGRAPHY

Thomas R Brill is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, with over three decades of leadership in energy law and policy. He has guided clients through California’s major electricity and natural gas restructuring initiatives, as well as projects shaped by the energy transition. His work spans decarbonization strategies, renewable integration, energy storage, and utility rate design.

Thomas has advised on carbon sequestration, hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable natural gas, and distributed generation. He previously held senior positions at Sempra Energy, San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Gas, and the American Gas Association.
