Steven Donnellan is the Director of Low-Carbon Fuels and Chemicals at Worley Consulting, based in Chicago. He brings 35 years of experience in operations, process engineering, scale-up, and project management, spanning feasibility, pre-FEED, and FEED projects. His expertise includes technoeconomic modelling, life-cycle analysis, and financial evaluation.

Steven leads Worley’s Low-Carbon Fuels and Chemicals team, advancing concept select, feasibility, and technology development studies. His work focuses on low-carbon hydrogen, ammonia, sustainable aviation fuels, eMethanol, carbon capture, and fermentation-based solutions to support the clean energy transition.
