BIOGRAPHY

Giorgio Centurelli is the Director of the General Directorate for Financial Management, Monitoring, Accounting and Control at the NRRP Mission Unit within Italy’s Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. He is a senior expert in the Recovery and Resilience Facility and cohesion policy, with over 20 years of experience in managing EU Structural Funds.

Giorgio has authored several articles and essays, and lectures on development policy, capacity building, and digital transformation for public administrations, with a focus on environmental programs and sustainable growth.
