BIOGRAPHY

Dr. David Blekhman is a Professor of Sustainable Energy and Transportation at California State University, Los Angeles, and the founding Technical Director of its Hydrogen Research and Fueling Facility, the only academic campus facility producing hydrogen through electrolysis. He has earned national and international recognition for advancing hydrogen and clean energy innovation.

David’s leadership has secured major funding for infrastructure and transportation projects, while his teaching and research continue to shape California’s clean energy workforce and academic excellence.
