Alfredo Betancourt Chavero is Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Efuels Solutions, a consulting firm focused on low carbon fuels and innovative energy structuring. With more than 25 years of experience across Latin America and North America, he has advanced renewable energy projects spanning solar, wind, energy storage, and distributed generation. His expertise also covers carbon capture and green methanol development.

Alfredo has successfully negotiated Power Purchase Agreements, Public-Private Partnerships, and EPC contracts. He has led interdisciplinary teams in financing, evaluation, and market expansion for companies including Siemens, Johnson Controls, and Trina Solar.
